Matt began his career 19 years ago in graphic design but soon moved from execution into strategy and branding. He was always frustrated with being asked to create design veneers which were not in-line with reality. In a quest for truth and determined to make a real difference he took his design and creative skills into the boardroom to help businesses think differently about their brands.

"I've founded and ran my own design business for 9 years. Sold it. Helped run a Digital Marketing Agency. Led an in-house team for a global corporate. Written a book. Worked with hundreds of clients from startups through to large corporates all over the world including brands like Nestle, Boots, Specsavers, Capital One, Nikon, Fred Perry and Experian. Spoken at all sorts of business events. United, excited and delighted my clients to create positive change which affects their bottom lines.

Today Matt's quest for helping businesses find and live their brand truth continues.

Tade Adekunle is the fourth President of EXMAN and currently serves as the Principal Consultant at Keskese Ltd one of Nigeria's most awarded experiential marketing agencies within EXMAN

Tade holds a Master’s degree in Theatre Arts from the prestigious University of Ibadan and has acted and directed stage productions in Nigeria’s vibrant theatrical scene, since the early nineties. Tade Adekunle is currently the Project Consultant to KESKESE Limited – an experiential marketing and brand activation company in Lagos. Tade contributes articles on socio-political and cultural issues in leading national dailies in Nigeria.

 

He is a member of International Special Events Society (ISES), Experiential Marketing Agencies of Nigeria (EXMAN), Nigeria Institute of Public Relations (NIPR) and has attended various training courses and conferences both in Nigeria and abroad. He is currently serving as a member of the Steering Committee of the International Network of Cultural Diversity (INCD), Canada while he served as Steering Committee member of Arterial Network, South Africa 2007 – 2011.

Tade will share the vision that EXMAN has as a trade body, for the future of customer experience marketing in Nigeria.

Ose Osundeko is Group Head, Digital Marketing at Fidelity Bank where she is charged with the responsibility of materialising the value of all its Digital Marketing activities and helping grow the bank’s digital influence.
 

She was previously Head, Digital at Starcom Media Perspectives where she managed digital budgets for the world’s largest brands including Mondelez

International (Cadbury), Visa Card & Samsung. She also developed and executed integrated digital strategies and, managed a highly strategic and commercial digital team.

She is a proud supporter of the non-profit sector having worked as a Client Account Manager for Listen Fundraising UK raising funds for various charitable organisations valued at tens of thousands to millions of pounds leveraging integrated marketing channels. She is committed to professionalising the non- profit sector in Nigeria and is currently a mentor on MentorMe4Success; a virtual platform that empowers undergraduates to develop digital and 21st-century relevant practical skills that generate income.

She will be sharing her passion for leveraging technology and integrated channel attribution solutions in unconventional ways to accelerate improvement in customer experience and marketing efficiency.

Alex is an experienced business leader with significant expertise in General Management, Sales and trade marketing, of FMCG spanning 6 countries in Africa. Prior to his current role, he served as the Managing Director of PZ Cussons Personal Care business in Nigeria

 

Over the course of his career in companies such as P&G, Diageo and BAT, he has built and managed result-oriented multi-functional teams that had launched new brands, grown sales volume, market share, enhanced profitability and created leadership organizations. Alex played major roles in developing sales capability programs and management trainee schemes to build a pipeline of future talent. He also has significant experience in the development of distributors and their infrastructure focused on direct to retail selling, secondary supply chain and demand management.

 

Alex will share his experience leading diverse commercial teams through challenging periods.

Dr Rotimi Olaniyan is founder of Proximity, an experiential agency and a former President of EXMAN as well as a former Vice President of the National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria.

An accomplished commercial strategy, marketing and communications professional, business scholar, entrepreneur and industry thought actor with over 30 years relevant global experience gained while on roles across five countries and cultures working for companies such as Colgate Palmolive amongst others. Rotimi has broad spectrum commercial competencies ranging from brand marketing management through sales to data and CRM as well as  digital transformation.

 

He currently serves as a senior member of the marketing practice faculty at the Nottingham Business School in the UK where he leads the Full-time MBA, as well as other Chartered Institute of Marketing UK, Executive Leadership and industry partnership modules and programmes. He is the publisher of ExperientialNG which seeks to serve as a resource platform to Customer Experience Marketing practitioners

Rotimi will chair the business conference and moderate discussions.

Biodun has over 19 years experience in the experiential marketing space with the privilege of delivering strategic values for world-class brands like MTN, Guinness (FES, GES and Malta), Nestle (Maggi, Milo, and Golden Morn), British American Tobacco (Rothmas, St.Moritz, Pallmall, Benson & Hedges), GSK (Ribena & Lucozade) and Coca-Cola at different times.

 

He is the Project Marshal of Abelinis Limited, The Project Intelligent Company, an associate APCON member, member institute of promotional marketing UK, member event marketing institute, member LBS Alumni, Distinguished fellow of PEFON, and member Project Management Institute USA.
